Roma To Send Baptista On Loan
According to the latest reports in Italy, Roma are ready to send Julio Baptista out on loan. The Giallorossi directors are disappointed with Baptista’s form season, and are preparing to loan him.
The €9million signing from Real Madrid has only scored eight goals this season. The Italian club feel the returns on their investment are unsatisfactory, and thus they are taking swift action.
The report suggests Roma’s board have already contacted transfer consultant Ernesto Bronzetti to find another club for the Brazilian. The market expert has been tasked with helping the striker out of Trigoria for next season.
In addition, voices surrounding the capital club claim that Jeremy Menez, who signed from French club Monaco last summer, is being monitored by Lyon. A loan deal could take off if the Ligue 1 side make their reported interested known in Rome.
