Juventus striker David Trezeguet seems destined to remain where he is after his agent, Antonio Caliendo, revealed the club have already confirmed their intention in keeping him.

The Frenchman has been at the centre of leaving rumours ever since he fell out with former coach Claudio Ranieri back in the spring. On Friday morning the player revealed he was unsure over his future, however, Juventus seem certain that he will remain.

“Alessio Secco [Juventus director] has told me that Trezeguet is not for sale, and thus he will not be on the market,” Caliendo told L’Equipe.

The hitman had been linked with Olympique Lyonnais, Olympique de Marseille, Roma and, more recently, Manchester City. However, an exit from Turin is unlikely following these new details.
