Football Transfer News – Aston Villa defender Carlos Javier Cuellar insists that he will stay at the club and has rejected rumours linking him with a move to Real Madrid. Reports in Spain have suggested that Madrid are targeting a move for Cuellar after losing Pepe to a long-term injury, according to The Birmingham Mail.Cuellar, 28, who was previously with Numancia, Osasuna and Rangers, is enjoying his best form for Villa this season, is flattered to be linked with Los Blancos, but insists he is staying at Villa Park.
