Luciano Spalletti has praised Inter and their coach Jose Mourinho before leaving Italy to embark on a new adventure at Zenit St Petersburg, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

“What am I leaving behind? An almost unbeatable Inter, The Nerazzurri have everything to win another title: physical strength, talent and experience.” Spalletti said.

Mourinho steered the Beneamata to a fourth consecutive Scudetto triumph last season, but the ‘Special One’ feels that his work is not being recognized in Italy. Moreover, his ongoing feud with the Italian press shows no sign of abating.
