Football Transfer News – Reports say that Roma striker Julio Baptista could be joining Inter soon, as his Italian agent Alessandro Lucci claims progressive talks are unfolding.

The early stages of a deal appear to have been sparked into life, and the agent hopes to close it successfully within the next two weeks.

Reports suggested a deal in which Nicolas Burdisso, currently on loan at Roma from the Nerazzurri, would be included as part of a permanent deal, but Lucci has disgarded that option.
