As Napoli turn their attention over to Serie A following their recent success in Europe midweek, coach Walter Mazzarri has urged his men to start with a bang and bring back all three points despite a tough away fixture against Fiorentina.

“We are starting the campaign against a top side that also has home field advantage,” Mazzarri declared to Napoli’s official website.

“Nevertheless, we will do everything in our power to come home with maximum points.

“I have urged my men to silence Fiorentina coach Sinisa Mihajlovic who appears very convinced in the last few days. It looks set to be a great encounter.

The coach was then probed on the recent departure of Fabio Quagliarella who recently completed a switch to Juventus.

“I will only speak about Quagliarella on Wednesday when we have all regrouped. Right now I am extremely focused on the clash with the Viola and the whole squad must focus all its physical and mental energy on Sunday’s match.”
