Mauro Camoranesi Joins Stuttgart – The Right Time to Leave Juve
Mauro Camoranesi made the decision to move from Juventus to Stuttgart, at the end of the transfer market deadline. Camoranesi said that his decision to move is the right step.
The former Italian international midfielder had spent eight seasons in the Black and White jersey. Camoranesi felt he wanted to seek new challenges, and is happy to be playing in the Bundesliga with Stuttgart.
“I am very excited to be here. Staff of the club and the players made me feel like home,” said Camoranesi to TuttoSport, Wednesday (09/01/2010).
“There are a lot of players who I have known and met in the World Cup. And there is Cristian Molinaro, my team mate at Juventus. Stuttgart is a great team, that’s the fact that I see here,” the Argentine midfielder continued.
Camoranesi said that he did not have a problem with his physical condition. “I’ve been practicing since July 18 and trainers also guide me. This is the right moment to leave Juve, which I feel that I have no chance there. ”
Bundesliga had brought in many stars in the last few seasons. Former Real Madrid star Raul Gonzalez also joined Schalke 04, after no longer needed by El Real.
