Liverpool Striker Dirk Kuyt Injured for a Month
Liverpool striker Dirk Kuyt will be out of the game for one month following an ankle injury he experienced while playing for the Dutch national team a few moments ago.
Previously it is said that Kuyt will miss the game quite a while. But the allegation was not proven true. He will be sidelined for only one month.
In fact, Liverpool manager Roy Hodgson recently said Kuyt will only be sidelined for three weeks. However, his absence will likely affect the appearance of the Reds which are still struggling in the English premiere league.
“There were rumors he will be sidelined for several months. But, the doctors and sports scientists look optimistic,” said Hodgson according to Tribalfootball.
“They said it is possible that Kuyt will be sidelined for a month. Or if we’re lucky, just three weeks.”
“He suffered serious injuries in the ankle. We will miss him in some matches ahead.
