Edin Dzeko had finally official joined Manchester City from VfL Wolfsburg, and manager Roberto Mancini had greeted him with enthusiasm.

According to Mancini, Dzeko will be an important player for City to achieve success this season.

“I am very pleased we can bring him to Manchester, he will be important for the future of City,” he said according to Reuters.

Most likely, Dzeko will fill the post for Manchester City forward with Carlos Tevez or Mario Balotelli.

“He gives us a good mix, and I think now we have a line of best strikers in Europe,” said Mancini.
