Despite latest news about the arrival of Argentinian star Carlos Tevez to Inter Milan are spread widely, it has no effect on the future of Goran Pandev, who is said to be kept by coach Leonardo for next season.

Pandev’s future is full of question marks, along with his goal drought for the Nerazzurri this season, where more goals were made by Samuel Eto’o.

Many people assume that the former Lazio striker would be sacrificed as Inter Milan will make changes in the composition of players for next summer, but this was denied by Carlo Pallavicino.

“I am confident that Pandev will stay at Inter next season,” said Pallavicino. “They have not seen his actual quality.

“I hope he can play well with Carlos Tevez.”

The Manchester City striker is the next target of president Massimo Moratti, who has been eyeing a number of other big names for next season.

“In fact, Inter will soon establish the best composition for next season, but I do not know for how long the process takes place,” continued Pallavicino.
