Champions League: Pep Guardiola Worried About Manchester United’s Counterattack
Barcelona manager Pep Guardiola said that he is was worried about Manchester United‘s dangerous counterattacks.
“Manchester United are incredibly powerful, almost the same with Real Madrid,” said Guardiola
“All the players at the Red Devils are hardworking, and very difficult to beat,” he continued.
Barcelona and Manchester United will meet in this season’s Uefa Champions League final at Wembley, May 28. Two years ago, the two met in the same tournament’s final in Roma, and Barcelona won the game.
Manchester United will come to Wembley to pay the defeat two years ago. Barcelona really wants to win the Champions League in England, by beating the strongest team of the Premier League.
According to Guardiola, what Bracelona needs to watch out is Manchester United’s counterattack.
“We must be careful. They can score goals when we are careless,” said Guardiola.
“We must know how to interpret this final match. But all of that will depend how Manchester United play,” Guardiola ended.
