Bordeaux have announced that attacking midfielder Jaroslav Plasil has extended his contract for an additional two seasons, tying him to the club until 2015.

The Ligue 1 side confirmed the renewal through their official website, and the 29-year-old confessed that he hopes to ”achieve beautiful things” with the club.

Plasil moved to the the French side two seasons ago from La Liga outfit Osasuna for a fee of €3 million and the ex-Monaco star has established himself as a pivotal component in the team, eventually being named club captain.

In the two seasons he has enjoyed with Francis Gillot’s team, he has amassed 94 appearances, scoring nine times and providing 18 assists.
