Fergie Admires The Strong Leadership of Mancini

Sir Alex Ferguson has praised manager Roberto Mancini, who was able to demonstrate a strong leadership at Manchester City. Strong leadership is an important factor in football management at this time.

Fergie’s praise was made after seeing how Mancini resolved the issue with striker Carlos Tevez, who refused to play against Bayern Munchen.

“I could see Mancini showing strength and character. Power is very important in current management. We all experience difficulties in management, and we should be able to deal with it as much as possible,” said Ferguson at Manchester United’s official website.

“In my experience, strong management is important. Nothing is more important than a manager at a football club,” said the Scottish manager.

Of the many managers in the Premier League, Fergie could be said as the manager who has full authority. Policies and transfer of players in Man.Utd never escape from the influence of Fergie.
