Espanyol vs Real Madrid: Testing Cornela-El Prat

Real Madrid will try to grab their third victory in a row this season. Win against Rayo Vallecano and Ajax Amsterdam,  will try to be continued when they visit Cornela-El Prat Stadium, home to Espanyol.

Victory will be very important in order to forget the bad results in two games before they met Vallecano last week. Madrid only got one of the possible six points against Levante and Racing Santander.

Now, ahead of the game against Espanyol, the challenge for Madrid to win three points is re-tested. Moreover, if we look at Espanyol’s nice record at home this season. Two victories were achieved each against Athletic Bilbao and Getafe.

In the match, Mourinho will most likely again play Mesut Oezil and Kaka together. Without the presence of Angel Di Maria is banned, Oezil and Kaka is the best choice at this time.

Not only Di Maria who will be absent. Striker Karim Benzema is also unable to play due to injury. Mourinho has prepared Gonzalo Higuain in front.

Line-up prediction:
Espanyol (4-4-2): Alvarez; Moreno, Forlin, Galan, Didac Vila; Javi Lopez, Romaric, Javi Marquez, Verdu; Rui Fonte, Sergio Garcia
Madrid (4-2-3-1): Casillas; Ramos, Carvalho, Varane, Marcelo; Xabi Alonso, Khedira; Oezil, Kaka, C. Ronaldo; Higuain
