Lazio could lose one of their main strikers in the derby match against Roma this weekend. Miroslav Klose is doubtful to play in the important match because he is still troubled by a knee injury.

Klose suffered the injury in Lazio’s last match against Fiorentina. As a result, Klose missed Germany match against Turkey. He also could miss the final Euro 2012 qualifying match against Belgium.

Lazio medical team will continue to evaluate Kloses’ conditions  ahead of the Derby della Capitale.
