Napoli striker Edinson Cavani has stated that he admires Manchester City Italian star Mario Balotelli. Cabani also believes that he and Balotelli would perform well if played together.

Cavani faced Balotelli in a friendly match on Tuesday night where Uruguay managed to win 1-0 against Italy. After the game, Cavani admitted that he had a chat with Balotelli.

“He said he would like to come to Napoli,” said the Uruguayan to Il Corriere dello Sport. “I would love to play with him, we would make a good partnership.”

Uruguay got the victory of the game as Balotelli failed to defeat the good defense shown by the team from South America.

Cavani was actually linked with City as coach Roberto Mancini is attracted with the striker.

Cavani and Balotelli will face each other again in the near future, as Napoli and Manchester City meet each other in the Champions League in Italy on November 22.
