Luc Castaignos joined Inter Milan from Feyenoord at the beginning of this season. During his previous two seasons, he scored 15 goals in 30 games in the Dutch Eredivisie.

The Dutch striker is often being compared to Thierry Henry because he has a similar style of play.

Inter managed to get the player who is also targeted by several other top clubs, like Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich. Inter defender Walter Samuel also praised the 19-year-old player’s talent.

“Our team not only consists of mature players, but also a bunch of talented young players. I hope they can become more mature and achieve the best performance with us,” Samuel said to Inter Channel.

“We need them and they’ve given a great contribution. One of them is Castaignos. I really like his play, he is the type of a true center forward.”

“He has not become a regular player but it’s just a matter of time. When the time comes, he will become a better player and will able to lift this team.”
