Arsenal coach Arsene Wenger is apparently aware that Robin van Persie has become a very dependable player at the club.

Therefore, the Frenchman is hoping Van Persie is willing to stay at Arsenal until his career in football ends.

“My dream is for Van Persie to stay until he finishes his career at this club,” Wenger said, according to Tribal Football.

“I will do my utmost to persuade and convince him, I hope I can do it.”

Van Persie had become a target of big European clubs after his increasing performance and also the desire of the player who chose to wait until the end of the season whether to extend his contract at Arsenal or not.
