Lille president Michel Seydoux hinted that he will will sign Joe Cole permanently from Liverpool next season.

Joe Cole’s impressive performances during his loan period at Lille is the reason for the French Ligue 1 club to keep him.

“It is not a sure that  he’ll leave us when his contract expires later,” says Seydoux, Wednesday (23/11).

“If he feels comfortable with Lille and we can provide an attractive offer, then it is likely that we will consider,” he said.
