Arsenal captain Robin van Persie feels very excited if he gets a chance to play with Thierry Henry again.

“It’s a fantastic thing. For himself to be back again is something very brave. He does not have anything to prove. He is an icon here, only a few players who achieve it. He broke every record at Arsenal, he won everything here,” said Van Persie to Arsenal.com.

“Some people might ask ‘why would you do this, because you have proven everything?’ but there is only one answer. That’s because he loves football and he wants to play. I asked him to come back a few weeks ago.”

“He is incredible, even in training. He followed several sessions, and he looks good. He looked very good. He knows when to pass, when to do a one-two combination. He knows these things. I can not wait to play with him.”
