Tottenham Release Andros Townsend to Leeds On Loan

Andros Townsend joins Leeds UnitedTottenham Hotspur officially released young player Andros Townsend on loan to Leeds United until the end of the season.

The 20-year-old midfielder made ??six appearances for Tottenham, mostly in the Europa League, and scored one goal against Shamrock Rovers. A number of lower division clubs are interested in using his service, such as Yeovil Town, Leyton Orient, MK Dons, Ipswich Town, Watford and Millwall.

Townsend will likely make his debut for Leeds in the Championship division  game on Monday (2/1), against Burnley.
