Ryan Giggs: Liverpool Will Never Chase Manchester United

Ryan Giggs United LiverpoolManchester United veteran midfielder Ryan Giggs has warned Liverpool that they can never get a premier league title again. When he started his debut for United in 1992, they had just won 11 Premier League titles behind the club based in Anfield.

The Kop seems to have carved unbeaten run to 18 English Premier League title. But last season, the Red Devils managed to break Liverpool’s record for league champions in the Premier League with their 19th title.

Giggs, who in two games will play his 900th game with United, throughout his career has won 12 Premier League titles. And nearing their meeting with Liverpool at Old Trafford on Saturday (11/2), the United winger is convinced that the visitors never regain their title.

“They are a club that is very similar to us with a great history. This is a club that we pursued for long, and now we had succeeded, but the challenges will still exist in the future,” Giggs said to The Sun.

Rivalry of both teams always makes the game between them  hard, no where both sides are in the league. And now, The Red Devils will face Liverpool who is handled by the Kop legend, Kenny Dalglish, who had managed to beat United in the FA Cup, and Manchester City, in the Carling Cup.

“We are the two most successful teams in England, so we know how to perform and play well in order to get something from them in every game in any competition as well,” said the player from Wales.

“We’re going through weeks of a tough match, but like this game is where you want to be involved in. Second half of this season is very important, and we know if we managed to win the games then we will be in a good condition, ” he said.
