Zlatan Ibrahimovic

The Sweden international, who spent a turbulent season at Barcelona between 2009 and 2010, helped the Rossoneri win the Scudetto last season and has stated that he would like to finish his career with the club.

However, while Ibrahimovic never managed to settle during his short stint at Camp Nou, his representative, Mino Raiola, has hinted that his client would be open to a return to La Liga.

“Every day I get offers, I cannot give certainty,” he said of Ibrahimovic’s future during an interview with Gazzetta dello Sport.

“Real Madrid would be a very interesting challenge.”

Ibrahimovic has scored 15 goals in 18 appearances in Serie A so far this season and Raiola recently stated that Milan president Silvio Berlusconi values the player at €150 million. (Goal)

Santos

Elano has publicly admitted to growing unhappy at Santos after reportedly being included as a makeweight in a deal for Gremio midfielder Douglas, who joined Corinthians earlier in the week.

Reports regarding the 30-year-old’s dissatisfaction have only increased after Santos’ 1-1 draw against Oeste on Thursday.

Coach Muricy Ramalho only decided to take Elano off at the break, even though the player had asked to be replaced during the first half.

“He is still at Santos, but if there is an offer and he wants to go, there is no player I want to stay if they are not happy and satisfied,” Luis Alvaro Ribeiro told reporters.

The former Manchester City attacker joined Santos in November 2010 in a €2.9 million deal after a year-and-a-half at Galatasaray. (Goal)

Juventus

The 37-year-old’s contract with the Bianconeri runs out at the end of the 2011-12 campaign and the Turin outfit revealed earlier this season that they would not offer Del Piero a new deal.

Del Piero has since been linked with several clubs, with Paris Saint-Germain, Los Angeles Galaxy and New York Red Bulls appearing to be the three most concrete options at the moment.

PSG are keen to add a high profile name to their squad and have reportedly earmarked Del Piero as the perfect signing after the transfer of David Beckham fell through in the winter.

The two MLS sides already have some European stars under contract, with the likes of Beckham (LA) and Thierry Henry (New York) as the stand-out players, and both clubs are keen to add Del Piero to their ranks as well. (Goal)

Norwich City

The England under-21 international has signed a three-and-a-half-year deal at Carrow Road but will immediately be sent back on loan to London Road, where he will remain until February 28.

The 21-year-old should be available to make his debut for the Canaries at Stoke on March 3, but will be ineligible to compete in City’s FA Cup run should they still be in the competition when he finally arrives at the club.

Speaking to the club’s official website, manager Paul Lambert said: “I’m delighted we have signed Ryan. He’s made a bright start to his career at Grimsby and Peterborough, he’s an England under-21 international and he’s got so much potential.

“He can play, he’s got great vision, he’s comfortable on the ball, and he’s a good age too.

“He’ll be staying at Peterborough initially but will join us in time to be available for the Stoke game, and when he does come in he will provide more competition for places in defence, which is something you want to have right throughout the squad.

“I’m really pleased the deal has been done.”

Bennett signed permanently for Posh in January 2010 from Grimsby Town, and it has been reported that the Mariners will receive a slice of the transfer fee. (Goal)

Queens Park Rangers

The England international will link-up with former boss Mark Hughes at Loftus Road and becomes the R’s second signing of the day following the purchase of Djibril Cisse from Lazio.

Zamora told the club’s official website: “QPR are certainly a club that are looking to go forward. That’s something that I’m looking forward to being a part of.

“I got on really well with the Manager at Fulham. We all grew to like Mark. I think that will be the case here. He’s looking to take the Club forward.

“I think this was the right time for me to have a fresh challenge. I had some great experiences at Fulham. Going to a European final is special. But this is a new challenge for myself and I’m thoroughly looking forward to it.”

The 32-year-old believes that Rangers can haul themselves away from the relegation zone and push forward up the Premier League table.

He added: “The ambition of the club was certainly a drawing factor as well.

“I’ve been lucky enough to speak to Tony [Fernandes] and Phil’s [Beard] relayed a lot of messages about where this club want to go. For me, it was quite an easy decision to be a part of this.

“The sky’s the limit. We’re looking to go forward and to grow and I want to be a part of that.”

Hughes is equally delighted to have captured a player of Zamora’s calibre and is eagerly anticipating seeing the striker in action for the club.

He said: “Bobby is a guy that makes things happen on the pitch, be it scoring goals or creating chances for others. He’s a great foil for any team.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger now faces a dilemma as to whether to cash in on 30-year-old Arshavin who has 18 months left on his contract.

But Arshavin is in Arsenal’s plans for the trip to Bolton tomorrow night and is in the squad. However, the Russian transfer window does not shut until next month.

That means the sale does not have to be done before 11pm but Arsenal would need to get a replacement before the English deadline shuts.

Arshavin has also said he would only return to former club Zenit St Petersburg if he goes back to Russia.

He joined Arsenal for £12m three years ago and they would want at least £8m but do not want to leave themselves short for the rest of the season.

Wenger said last week he “loves” Arshavin and wants him to stay but the Russian playmaker has been booed by Arsenal fans recently.

Udinese

The 29-year-old midfielder joined Juve from Napoli on a Bosman move at the start of the 2011-12 campaign, but Pazienza had mainly been warming the bench so far.

After the signing of Simone Padoin from Atalanta earlier on Tuesday, head coach Antonio Conte told Pazienza that he was no longer needed in Turin, and the midfielder has not wasted any time to find a new club.

Furthermore, the Turin giants have farmed experienced attacker Vincenco Iaquinta out on loan to Cesena until the end of the season.

The former Udinese striker had been struggling to secure regular first team action at Juventus Stadium this term due to the stiff competition for places and a string of injuries.

Therefore, Iaquinta has opted to move on in order to get his career back on track elsewhere. (Goal)

Fiorentina

The Viola have a history of snapping up hot prospects relatively cheap at young age, as they previously did with Adem Ljajic and Stevan Jovetic, and the 18-year-old Zohore perfectly fits in their transfer policy.

Zohore is a product of the Copenhagen youth academy, and made his first team debut only one month after turning 16.

The striker, who has been capped at Under-19 level for Denmark, previously enjoyed trials at Chelsea and Inter, but will now continue his career at Fiorentina instead. (goal)

AS Roma

According to ANSA, the 25-year-old player had arrived in Rome on Thursday (26 /1) yesterday. He reportedly will sign a contract as a loan  player until the end of this season.

The Giallorossi has the chance make Marquinho’s status permanent on the transfer market next summer, but details of the transfer can not be known with certainty.

Marquinho joined Fluminense from Figueirense in 2009 and became a key player for the Brazilian team.

Marquinho has scored eight goals from 94 appearances for Fluminense.

The Argentine winger is reportedly going to join the Brazilian club, Internacional before this weekend.

The negotiation process is done quickly. Datolo does not want to waste the opportunity after hearing the interest of the club, based in Porto Alegre. In his new club, Datolo signed a three-year contract.

The report also mentioned, the former Boca Juniors and Napoli player will receive a fee of around € 1 million per season until 2015.

Datolo has joined Espanyol on loan in 2010. Then he joined the Spanish La Liga club permanently.

In the transfer market this month, Espanyol has given their blessing to the two players to leave. Besides Datolo, Espanyol also lets their goalkeeper Carlos Kameni to leave.
